Rosemary Fries

Hello my food-loving friends! I'm sharing a super simple but delicious recipe for Rosemary Fries. These fries are pretty dang-good by themselves, but just incase you want to make them even more dang-good, I've included a recipe for a really dang-good dipping sauce too.

I'm already drooling, so let's just get into the recipe, shall we?


Rosemary Fries

(Serves 1)

What you need:

  • 1 large organic potato or 3 small organic potatoes

  • 1-2 tablespoons of avocado oil

  • A fresh sprig of rosemary (about 5-6 inches long)

  • Sea salt to taste

Vegan Garlic Lime Dipping Sauce

What you need:

  • 2-3 tablespoons of vegan mayo

  • Lime juice to taste

  • Garlic powder to taste


Step 1:

Preheat your oven to 400°F

Step 2:

 Wash and cut the potatoes into your desired shape and size. I used a cute little crinkle cutter for mine! 

Step 3:

Rinse the rosemary and remove the leaves from the branch and chop them into small pieces.

Step 4:

In a bowl, mix the potatoes with the avocado oil, fresh rosemary, and salt. Transfer to a baking sheet

Step 5:

Once your oven is preheated, cook for about 15 minutes and then flip/stir the fries. Pop them back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes depending on how crispy you like em. Just be sure to keep an eye on them! 

Step 6:

While your fries are cooking, it's time to whip up the dipping sauce. Place the vegan mayo into a bowl and add lime juice and garlic powder to taste. (sorry, I suck at measuring)

Step 7:
